No matter what stage your business is at – startup, growing or mature – dealing with the finances can cause you all sorts of problems. Juggling profit and cash for both the business and your personal needs can be a real challenge.
Have you ever looked to your accountant for help, but found it to be a bit restricted? This is not uncommon. Many accountants do not focus on business improvement, and very few specialise in what you do, so they don’t understand the Software & IT world.
This is what I aim to do at DS Small Business Help.
This guide has been specifically written for small Software & IT Businesses that turn over between £250,000 and £3 million. I anticipate that you will read about things you are experiencing but don’t know how to resolve and also mistakes being made, but you either hadn’t considered or didn’t realise was a mistake.

Having run her own practice since 2003 she knows the pain experienced of setting up, growing and managing a business both from her own experiences and those of her clients.
